Terms of Service

**1. Who we are**

LuxuryLoops is an Indian e-commerce store selling hand-finished bangles. The site is operated from India under Indian law.

**2. The agreement**

When you place an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms occasionally; the version live at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.

**3. Account**

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We will lock accounts on request.

**4. Pricing & currency**

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all taxes where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before you complete payment — if the corrected price is materially different, we'll contact you before processing the order.

**5. Orders**

Adding an item to cart does not reserve stock. Stock is reserved only on successful payment. If payment succeeds but stock has run out in the meantime (rare race condition), we'll refund within 5 business days.

**6. Payment**

All online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see your card or UPI details. Cash on Delivery may be offered for select pin codes; the cash collected is reconciled on receipt.

**7. Shipping**

Delivery timelines and shipping charges shown at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier partner, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Title to the goods passes to you when the courier delivers the parcel; risk passes when you accept delivery.

**8. Returns & exchanges**

Standard return window is 7 days from delivery, subject to our Returns policy: pieces must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags intact. Custom-sized or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable but may be exchanged for store credit at our discretion. You can open a return from your /account/returns page.

**9. Refunds**

Refunds for paid orders go back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days of approval. Cash-on-Delivery refunds are issued as store credit OR via bank transfer if you provide the details.

**10. Rewards programmes**

Reward Points and Referral wallet credits have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be expired or revoked if abused. Full programme terms appear in your account dashboard.

**11. Intellectual property**

All product photography, copy, branding, and the storefront design are © LuxuryLoops. You may not reuse them without written permission.

**12. Reviews**

When you post a review you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, edit (for length and clarity only — never substance), and use it for marketing purposes. We reject reviews that contain personal data of third parties, profanity, or are demonstrably false.

**13. Limitation of liability**

To the maximum extent allowed by Indian law, our total liability for any order is limited to the order total. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., the bangle didn't match your saree).

**14. Jurisdiction**

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
